What Documents do I need to apply for a permanent residence? Non-EU residence
The following documents should be enclosed to the application for each applicant & Spouse if applicable:
Passport
4 passport size photographs (the same applies for each member of the family, if applicable)
Clean criminal record issued by the country of origin of the applicant
Curriculum vitae (CV) of the applicant(s),
Marriage certificate (if applicable)
Birth certificates (i.e. for the children of the applicant, if applicable)
Certificate for Medical Insurance coverage in Cyprus for applicant/spouse and children if applicable
Copy of the property purchase contract
Receipts for the payment of the purchase price demonstrating that the applicant has paid at least €200,000 (plus VAT if applicable) towards the purchase price.
An original bank certificate of the applicant in Cyprus demonstrating that the applicant has at least €30,000 fixed three year deposit with a bank in Cyprus. The applicant must also demonstrate that these funds originated out of Cyprus, (i.e. by virtue of a certificate from the Bank or by presenting copies of the swifts for the transfer of the funds to Cyprus)
Any other document showing income sources
Please note that for each of these documents an applicant(s) should provide either the originals, or certified true copies from the relevant authorities of the country in which the certificate was issued & stamp.
